SRP shows software and digital agencies which client project is late, blocked or over budget, and why, before the client asks. It reads the tools you already use. Budgets and hours from Harvest or Toggl Track, work from GitHub or GitLab, all read-only. Work can also be managed in SRP itself. A health engine derives the state of every client project from the work, such as overdue tasks, blocked items and hours burned faster than work closed, and gives the reason. A Needs Attention dashboard lists the projects that need action, worst first. Client portals show progress without a status email. An MCP server lets AI agents read and update work.
