**What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?**

I use Dropbox Sign to send out contracts to clients for review and signature, which saves me a lot of time compared to traditional methods. It minimizes the friction between my company and the client, speeding up the contract signing process. I like being able to upload contracts and expedite them quickly. The feature that allows me to save my signature and input it on contracts is really useful, saving me the time of printing, signing, and re-uploading. I also appreciate being able to track whether a contract is opened, viewed, or signed, which helps me monitor multiple contracts and know which clients to follow up with. The setup process was really easy and straightforward, and I find it simple to upload documents and send them out for signature.

If I was being really picky, it doesn't seem to remember my log on details. When I click remember me, I have to sign in manually each time.

Nothing - the software is great and has been the best we have used

We used to review and sign client contracts in person with a wet signature when we first started; which became very honorous as we won clients all over the UK. 

As time has gone on we have introduced different products such as Statement of Works, Additional Services (Mid-Project) and a Project Sign-Off all of which we now use the e-signature platform for.

**What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?**

I've been using Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) for around three to five years mainly for our signature needs, whether internal or client-facing documents. It's been a significant cost-saving measure, reducing the money we spend on printing. The platform is faster, simpler, and more convenient, and you don't have to be tech-savvy to use it. I really appreciate the ease of use, especially the drag-and-drop features for initials and text. Everything about it has been very efficient. I like that we're able to set queues on who gets to sign first and send signature requests in a predetermined sequence. One of the good features is the automatic reminders it sends if someone forgets to sign, and there's also the option to manually send reminders to wherever the sequence has stopped.

**What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?**

I've been requesting the feature for adding colorful stamps and signatures. I believe that customer service mentioned it's due to legal issues, but it's something we always looked forward to but never saw implemented. Also, the API feature wasn't very cost-effective for our small company; it felt a bit pricey for our needs.

Easy to upload documents from various platforms, drives, drag & drop or upload directly. Can have multiple signers on one doc, various editable fields. Send a message with the doc & cc yourself or someone else. Very quick & easy to get a document out.

I struggled to have one doc that I could send to many, had to upload individually. Probably didnt use all the features available, maybe some 1:1 f2f/personal training when you firt sign up. ONLINE Manuals that you get referred to or docs do not cover individual experiences/user requirements.

Getting docs out, signed, quickly and efficiently in an online world that are acceptable to all end users i.e financial institutions where a wet signature was always needed. Still is in some cases but 99.9% of users accept this form. Being able to get a signature on any doc anywhere in the world at anytime.

What I like about Dropbox Sign is its ease of use and organization. Additionally, its design is user-friendly, which I really appreciate. It is also faster, as everything is digital and there is no need to move to sign somewhere else. The price of Dropbox Sign is better compared to Docusign, and it is easier to use. The initial setup was very easy, which facilitates the adoption of the service.

What I liked best about Dropbox Sign was how it helped me manage basic document signing work easily. I work as a Dietician, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also handle diet and content related client work. Earlier, I used Dropbox Sign to send patient consent forms, simple follow up reports, and bills for digital signatures, which saved time because I did not have to print or scan papers repeatedly. Customer Support was helpful too. But When my work grew, my document needs changed, so I stopped using it as my main tool.

For my diet and content work, I also used it to send basic service agreements and invoices to clients for signing. It was easy to use and quick to set up, so I could start working without any technical issues. At that time, the features were sufficient for straightforward signing needs, and document sharing and signing worked smoothly. Overall, Dropbox Sign helped keep my clinic and client paperwork organized when my workflow was simple.

As my daily work increased, Dropbox Sign began to feel a bit limited. It works fine for simple signatures, but when I had to handle multiple documents like consent forms, follow-ups, and client agreements, it was not always easy to manage everything in one place. There are fewer options to customize or track documents in detail, which can make work feel a little slow when things get busy.
As my clinic and client work grew and I had to manage more consent forms, follow ups, bills, and agreements, I needed more advanced document handling, so I started using PandaDoc instead.

Dropbox Sign solved the problem of handling document signatures without paperwork. In my work as a dietician and while managing a homeopathy clinic, it helped me send consent forms, follow-up documents, bills, and simple agreements for digital signature instead of printing and scanning.
This saved time and made the process easier for both me and the other person signing. It helped keep basic clinic and client documents organized and allowed me to complete simple signing tasks quickly when my workflow was straightforward.

I am a dermatologist and dietitian, and I use Dropbox Sign mostly for patient consent forms and treatment approvals. What I like most is how simple it is to use. I didn’t need any training or setup guide,  I just uploaded my form, added the signature box, and sent it to the patient. The overall interface feels very clean and easy to understand, even during a busy clinic day.
I use it a few times every week, especially before laser treatments or procedures where written consent is important. It fits smoothly into my routine and doesn’t disturb my workflow. The number of features is just right, not too many confusing options, only what I actually need for sending, signing, tracking, and storing forms.

Integration was also smooth. It works well with my email, Microsoft Onedrive and Google Drive, so saving signed documents or sharing them is quick. I didn’t face any technical issues while setting it up. I haven’t needed customer support yet because everything worked as expected from the start.

Overall, it makes the signing process faster, professional, and fully digital, which is very helpful in a clinic environment.

Sometimes my patients donot receive the signing email instantly, or it goes into their spam folder. This causes a small delay, especially when I’m waiting for a consent form before starting a skin procedure. I wish the email delivery was a bit more reliable.
Also, when I send more than one document at the same time, it becomes slightly hard to track which patient has signed and which one is still pending. The dashboard works fine, but it could be more clear when handling multiple ongoing requests.

As a dermatologist, I need written consent before treatments like lasers or chemical peels. Earlier I used to print the form, get it signed, and then scan and store it. It was slow and sometimes I misplaced forms or forgot which patient had submitted it. Dropbox Sign has made this part much easier. I can send the consent form digitally, the patient signs from their phone, and the completed file is saved automatically. It helps me keep everything in one place. It has reduced my paperwork and I don’t spend extra time searching or organising documents. It keeps my clinic workflow more clear and I can pay more attention to the patient instead of admin tasks.

Not all users are proficient at retrieving and updating these documents. There are no clear cut steps on how to proceed with this process. There should be an AI assist to help novice users.

Dropbox Sign makes it easy to upload my PDF contracts and easily add the right signature fields so that my clients can view and properly sign contracts easily. Every client to whom I have sent a contract in Dropbox Sign has been able to access it easily and understand how to sign it without my help. I have never had a complaint.

Features are on par with other signing tools.   Simple UI, easy to use.

Hellosign/Dropbox sign has poor email delivery.  After sending a contract to sign many customers say they can't find the email in spam or anywhere in inbox.  It's super frustrating.   We end up sending a PDF for them to sign half the time after trying this tool.   Same experience across several other users at our company.

The tool is not benefiting us as the email delivery is so poor so we end up sending the PDF for manual signing half the time.

The click to sign box should be easier to identify by changing the background of the box. There should be an option to send by text to sign.

The best thing about this is that it automatically saves the signed version directly to your Dropbox in the same folder, so there is no need to download a copy each time. There is also a feature that allows you to notify a third party when the document is signed.

I have used this program for over a year. The older version worked well, but ever since the update that was installed a couple of months ago, there are so many glitches that are still unresolved.

1) When you drag any box (date signed, full name, textbox, etc.) over to put it on a line where you or your client should fill in any information, the text automatically appears in an oversized textbox, with the text floating in the top left corner, never actually on the line. When you hover the box over the line, it appears to fit directly where you want it, but when you place it, the text floats up to the top left, off of the line, so you have to adjust its position every time after first placing it.
2) I always type my name as the signature. In the edit box it shows up fine, but a tiny bit of the first letter is always cut off when I place my signature on the actual page.
3) The initials are always WAY too large to be put on a line the size of an average document. I resize them every time.
4) The copy/paste function is messed up. For example, I use contracts that have a line for clients to initial at the bottom of each page. I resize the initials on the first page then hit Ctrl-C. As I scroll down to the other pages in my document, my screen has to be in a very specific place on the page in order for the CTRL-P function to work. For example, if I am showing the top part of a page but the bottom right corner, where I want the initials box to be copied, is not in view for lack of scrolling down all the way, it will not paste. If I scroll down to where I can just barely see the bottom right corner, it works. However, if I scroll too far past the bottom right corner, barely onto the other page, the entire document goes blank. When this happens, I have to CTRL-Z to go back, at which point the paste command no longer works, and neither does the copy command when I try to go back up to copy the original intials box. The annoying fix in this case is to undo the attempted paste, create a new initials box since it no longer allows me to copy the first one, resize it because as I mentioned it is always disproportionately large for the page, hoping that it is close enough in size to the first box I created, and go down from there to paste it on each of the following pages. There should be an easy duplicate on each page option, or at the least, these glitches should be fixed.
5) I wish there were a way to view any document I pull up in a certain preset format. For example, because of the huge size of the signature box, I usually opt for "Fit to Width" at the top right. This is just another step I need to take with every document that could be easily fixed with preferred settings options.
6) I would like to see a quick option to add lines for signature for those contracts that I receive that do not already have signature lines.

What's most helpful about Dropbox Sign is that you create your agreement once, and your staff just plugs in the variables, like names, effective dates, etc.

The only thing I dislike about Droprox Sign is you can't change the variables once you 've sent the item out for signature. Sometimes we'll get a customer who wants to omit a middle name, or add an initial, and instead of fixing it, we have to scrap the whole thing and start over. It's no big deal, but if you're dealing with a customer who's already a pain, having to re-do their contract might make you grumpy for a min.

Dropbox Sign eliminated the need to meet in person to sign contracts, or mail one and wait for it to be mailed back. We can send out an agreement and get a signature almost immediately. We can then upload a PDF copy into our CRM for later reference. Also, the signed agreement is always available in your Dropbox Sign account.

We chose Dropbox Sign over other similar applications because of it's stragiht forward approach to templating PDFs and collecting document signatures. In particular, we wanted to have multiple users, and be able to quickly get our legal documents signed without much hassle or management. Dropbox Sign has allowed us to effectively manage our signatures and we can't ask for much more! We use it about 3-4 times a month for external signatures from our clients and partners. We also trust that the signatures are verifiable and secure.

Dropbox Sign is purposefully simple - so if you have larger documents with multiple signature pages or you need to manage hundreds of documents it might not be the right choice. But honestly, we're here for its simplicity.

I have dropbox set up on my computer so that on a right click drop down I shoose "send for signature" and it launches without having to go to the website directly.  My customers find it very sinple to use on their end and it has made obtaining a signature extremely easy.

Dropbox sign has a very easy to follow format. I like that I can save templates (5 is plenty for me) making sending repetative documents quick and seamless. The other advantage is how quickly I can send a template with minimal input to get it quickly to the client. I also think the settings that allows me to set when I receive emails is very helpful in keeping track of outstanding signatures, and  receiving status updates. This product is very cost effective which is why I switched from Docusign. I have recommended this product to other insurance agents.

I feel that DropBox Sign demonstrates an industry standard. We can use the program for the most basic of documents to many complex situations.  They have a significant amount of training documents available to show you how to go a step beyond the basics.  But when needed you get top notch assistance directly from a representative.  It has the ability to customize forms, save templates and so much more that streamlines your work.

The only thing I cannot do, that I really would like, is to have more than one signer per form for Links.

I have used Dropbox Sign since before it was owned by Dropbox and it seems to have always been solid.  With the move to Dropbox the deliverability of the emails seems improved and overall the functionality remains robust enough for day to day signatures. It's fast and efficient for getting through a e-sign process.

The system works pretty much as expected and has the same basic signing features (ordering, variable inputs, multiple doc type uploads, etc) as competitors.  The Google Docs plugin, however, has been improved but still isn't up to par. It doesn't remember past contacts for signature so it's cumbersome to use for quick revisions which is the entire point of a plugin vs the website.

I love that it's very intuitive and easy to get documents to the right people for signatures. It's also very easy for the client to sign, date, or initial because the document won't complete until they've done each one. We sometimes have tech challenged clients and this process can be done on a mobile phone too. We frequently utilize the program due to our clients distance from our design cener. Customer support is efficient, it's easy to implement and integrate within your business.

I always have to log in via email. I wish it would "remember me". Sometimes, the application runs slow when downloading the documents for signature, but you just have to be patient.

We really wish that the teams options would be more global.  For example, system admins should be able to share documents with particular teams without having to be in that team. It's intuitive to use on both sides -- setting it up, but also client-side which has been helpful with my older clients. I like the audit report that is included in the final PDF. Smooth, easy interface. Since setting it up, we use it all the time. Quick and convenient!

I don't really have any negatives; I understand it has to send me a lot of emails for the process, but that's just how it goes.

Ease of access! A lot of my clients are either older, not tech savvy, or both. Trying to get them a form that they'd need to print out, sign, scan, email back to me, and hopefully all in one form can be really difficult. This is quick, there's no waiting around for mail, and it is pretty easy to do from the client side. Even easier if they're using their smartphones, but I like the audit page that proves they're at their IP (if they're just typing their name).

It's very easy to use, simple and quick to upload documents and send off for signing. Nice updates to advise when clients have opened the file and again when signed. Also nice to receive an emailed copy of the fully signed documents rather than having to login to extract this.

It would be nice to see a bit quicker which client and email address was used for each document being sent out, there may be a better way but for now i have to click on each one to see which documents are out for signing still and which one is for which client. **What problems is Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not have to drive across town to get signatures from other executives in other locations.  I can still do other work in my office while my documents wait to get signed.

**What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?**

Dropbox is very user friendly when it comes to creating forms to fill and sign. It is even easier for those recieving the document to complete. I recommend people use this program for all of their document sharing and signing needs.

**What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?**

Perhaps this is because I am using the program through my company, but the email reminders and notifications are too frequent for my taste. It alerts me with a daily summary as well as when each person opens or completes the form. Again, this is most likely just a setting in the company's account.

**What problems is Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I meet with families, and quite often the families need to meet virtually. This allows us to securely obtain signatures digitally, rather than having to travel to the home to obtian it.

Dropbox Sign allows to reach clients in a timely and efficient manner to meet several deadlines. Ease of use for clients make it user friendly for both the business and the client. Follow-up is straightforward. We open all our clients this way.

**What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?**

Sometimes Dropbox Sign goes to spam. We alert the client to this possibility to prevent handling of time sensitive documents. Some signatures are not clear or very large.

**What problems is Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dropbox Sign has keep their service streamlined on a regular basis so issues are minimal, if at all.

I love that I can create a contract in Google Docs and easily send it out via Dropbox Sign's browser plugin. It's a seamless process that makes my life simpler. I also like receiving notifcations when someone has viewed and/or signed the contract.

**What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?**

I can't really think of any downsides to using Dropbox Sign.

It eliminates sending clients a PDF via email (or snail mail) to physically sign. It's easy for me, easy for them, and covers all of the legal requirements of my contracts.

The email updates when people view and sign their offers letters is great. The automatic reminders are convinient as well. Changing the template is a simple process as well.

**What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?**

Recently, they updated the process for placing signatures and dates on the forms. You now have to zoom out instead of scrolling down. Accessing the offer letter can be a bit tedious as well.

Dropbox allows us to quickly send employees offer letter for raises and promotions. It gives us visiblity during the process as well.

I really like that Dropbox Sign allows you to send reminder emails for signatures you've sent out, that inputting areas in need of signatures or additional information is super easy, that you can create templates of documents you use frequently so you don't have to keep re-doing the same document, and that it's super user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?**

I don't like the audit trail or that I have to have a certain membership type to remove the audit trail.

It allows me to obtain signatures quickly an easily.

Dropbox sign is a user-friendly tool that makes our business processes so much easier.   Clients do not have to worry about making it into the office on time to sign documents.  Instead we use Dropbox sign and they can sign at any location and we get our documents in a timely manner.    I also appreciate the rates  :)

**What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?**

For us at ASIA Insurance, we haven't really experienced anything we don't like about Dropbox Sign.

**What problems is Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client's are too far from the office to come in and sign paperwork
Client's are not available during office hours to come in and sign paperwork
I don't have to remember if the documents are signed because Dropbox signs alerts me if the signatures have not been received
