HelloSign makes collecting and preparing reports for approval and execution incredibly easy and sends them to the respective signatories. I actually enjoy the detection features that allow me to see if a necessary signer has started opening and seen the paper – and if possible, the capacity to transfer reminder.

Just like all else, cheaper is often better in your budget. As I never understand how many papers I will also need to log each couple of weeks, I use an Unlimited Plan. Would be nice to provide some ongoing premium fee options.

Sometimes the documents get wrongly formatted from Google Docs, but it's a mixed issue between Google and HelloSign, exporting documents as PDF to preview it is the best way to avoid headaches by wrongly formatted files. I would also recommend to HelloSign to enable a "PREVIEW" of the file, since you can't really see the file structure unless you start preparing the document for signature.

Getting documents ready is very easy and fast, it's connected to the cloud and fully integrated with google drive and slack, making it super easy to track and store your signed documents.

Avoiding real paper printing and scans, makes the process faster and less troublesome. Also the automatic reminders are really helpful in some cases where the signer can't sign straight away and does it on a later date.

HelloSign is, without a doubt, the best user-friendly signature-gathering software I've encountered. It's straightforward yet quite beneficial. For my work, I use HelloSign virtually every day. I distribute docs to folks who aren't always the most tech-savvy. On both the sender and recipient sides, it's incredibly user-friendly. My colleagues/partners may readily sign documents without requiring any assistance from me. HelloSign's instructions are straightforward. You only need to sign and click where specified. In addition, the sender provides simple directions for filling out and mailing paperwork.

I wouldn't say I like that you can't save templates unless you upgrade your membership. The license for our enterprise is the only downside that I have been able to find.

How friendly the UI is even to not so tech-savvy users. The template creation is also a very convenient function!

The admin panel is outdated and could use a nice refresh with an addition of more specific actions so the admin can monitor the platform a bit better.

How quickly we can approve certain actions and complete short notice agreements. Very suitable for short notice needs!
