I like that HelloFund Auction and Event Management Software is a one-stop shop that makes things much easier for volunteers. It not only creates a platform for auctions but also advises on starting bids, buy-now prices, and timing. Phil was awesome at creating ways for us to access information that wasn't initially downloadable, and both he and Tiffany sent videos to help us use the software. The ability to take ticket and other purchases and download reports easily helps us keep track of our progress during events. The initial setup was super easy! I wish there would be a way to force people to input credit cards that would automatically stay with their bidder account unless the bidder chose to change the card. I find HelloFund simplifies our auction process and helps volunteers by advising on bidding, buy now prices, and timing.
