Hellobby is a digital welcome book with a built-in AI assistant for short-term rental hosts, Airbnb property managers and concierge services. It replaces the paper guest book with a mobile-friendly guide that guests open from a simple link, with no app to install: check-in instructions, Wi-Fi, house rules, appliances and local recommendations. Alfred, the AI assistant, answers guests' questions 24/7 based on each property's information, reducing repetitive messages for hosts and improving the guest experience. An Android TV app can also display the welcome book on the property's TV.
