My coach was relateable and listened to my needs and gave me advice catered to me. I immediately scheduled a follow-up. I didn't love that I had to enter personal information on the website to make an account (adding at least one financial account). In this day and age, I prefer to keep the specific account details private. I understand the automated updating of the balances supports the online features of the service but I would have liked the option to only input this manually and share verbally with my coach instead. Spring was able to answer a number of questions I had that pertained to my 401k and the benefits of contributing to my 401k vs. another investment account. I was able to use the insights provided during the call to create a more efficient method of saving money for emergencies and travel as well. My Spring coach reviewed my financial information in advance of our meeting and was ready to jump right into the session. The Spring coach quickly got from me the information on what I was looking to get out of our session, and then tailored the session to meet my needs. I walked away with a much clearer understanding of where I should be investing my money, and left the Spring coaching session feeling confident about meeting my savings and investment goals.
