HelloSetter is an AI appointment setter for home-service contractors in the US and Canada. When a new lead comes in from your website, Angi, Thumbtack, Google Local Services Ads, Facebook or a Google Sheet, HelloSetter's AI voice calls the homeowner within 60 seconds. It asks your qualifying questions, handles common pushback like "just getting prices" or "call me next week", and books the estimate on your calendar. If nobody answers, it detects voicemail, leaves a message, and retries on a schedule inside your calling hours. Homeowners who call back reach the same AI on your local number. You get an email summary of every call. Built for roofing, HVAC, plumbing, solar and remodeling shops that pay for leads and lose jobs to slow callbacks.
