Hello Regulars is loyalty program software that delivers digital stamp cards, concession cards, and coupons directly to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The platform eliminates separate app downloads or password requirements. Enrollment operates through a scan-and-tap process. The admin portal provides card design tools with live preview functionality and 83 stamp style options. The platform supports stamp cards for visit-based rewards, concession cards for pre-sold visits, and promotional coupons. Staff scan cards and add stamps or rewards using any mobile device, with updates appearing within seconds. The software operates independently of point-of-sale systems. Lock-screen notifications can be sent once daily. Customer data transfers across devices when users change phones. Card design takes approximately five minutes to complete. Customer information remains under business control and can be exported as spreadsheets.
