Hello Gubby is a Vancouver-based AI customer operations platform for small and mid-sized businesses. Powered by proprietary conversational voice AI, Hello Gubby automates customer engagement across phone, website voice, chat, video, SMS, and messaging channels. The platform acts as an AI workforce that answers inquiries, captures and qualifies leads, books appointments, follows up with prospects, and re-engages existing customers. Unlike standalone AI receptionists, answering services, or chatbots, Hello Gubby unifies customer communication and front-desk operations within a single platform powered by one business-trained AI system. Hello Gubby helps businesses increase lead conversion, reduce missed opportunities, and deliver 24/7 customer engagement without adding staff.
