HelixCloudOps deploys 35 client-facing AI agents across your cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to autonomously detect, diagnose, and remediate incidents without waiting for a human to respond. Unlike monitoring tools that alert and stop, HelixCloudOps acts. Every HIGH and CRITICAL action is validated by three LLMs (Claude, Llama 3.3 70B, Amazon Nova Pro) before touching production. One dashboard covering: incident management, API health monitoring, security posture, compliance automation (SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CIS), cloud cost optimization, predictive threat intelligence (HelixPredict), and continuous learning (HelixLearn). Amazon Bedrock-native. Zero customer data to external LLMs. Full audit trail on every agent decision. Veteran-owned. Patent pending USPTO #63/975,794. Beta cohort launching Q3 2026.
