Helixar is an AI-native operations platform for renewable energy developers, independent power producers and asset managers. It runs the work after a site is built in one audit-ready system: customers, contracts and sites; contract-aware billing for PPAs, leases and split-party contracts; collections with aging, reminders and dispute threads; permit tracking from requirements to renewal with expiry alerts; maintenance tickets with SLA escalation; guarantees; ESG certificates; and a client portal. Named AI agents prepare and check the work: the Billing Agent drafts billing runs and flags anomalies, the Dispute Agent drafts replies that quote the contract, and the Permit Document Review Agent checks permit documents against agency requirements. A person reviews before anything is sent. Helixar supports solar, wind, hydro, biomass and battery storage portfolios worldwide.
