We specialize in Shopify and Shopify Plus development, WooCommerce solutions, and Magento/Adobe Commerce implementations, giving merchants the flexibility to choose the platform that best fits their business model and growth stage. What sets Helix Solutions apart is our deep expertise in retail and point-of-sale integrations, particularly NCR Counterpoint. We help brick-and-mortar and omnichannel retailers connect their POS systems to modern e-commerce platforms, enabling real-time inventory sync, unified customer data, and seamless order management across every sales channel. This makes us a strong fit for retailers looking to bridge in-store and online operations without the headaches of disconnected systems. Our team supports the full e-commerce lifecycle, including: - Platform migrations (Magento to Shopify, legacy systems to modern stacks, and POS-to-ecommerce integrations) - Custom storefront design and development tailored to brand identity and conversion goals - Email marketing and lifecycle automation using tools like Klaviyo to drive retention and revenue - SEO strategy and technical optimization to improve organic visibility and search rankings - Ongoing support and managed services for stores that need a reliable long-term technical partner - Complex product catalog management, including large SKU counts, parts finders, and industry-specific configurators We work with businesses across a range of industries, from specialty retail and apparel to industrial parts distribution and consumer goods, and we've delivered projects ranging from lean SOW-based engagements to multi-phase enterprise builds involving custom integrations and data warehousing. At Helix Solutions, we prioritize clear communication and practical solutions over one-size-fits-all templates. Whether a client needs a straightforward Shopify build, a complex Counterpoint-to-Shopify data migration, or ongoing retainer support for email marketing and SEO, our approach starts with understanding the underlying business problem before recommending a technical solution. Our goal is to be more than a vendor: we aim to be a dependable technology partner that helps merchants reduce operational friction, unify their commerce data, and create better experiences for their customers. If you're evaluating an e-commerce agency with proven experience in Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and POS integration, Helix Solutions offers the technical depth and hands-on support to move your project forward with confidence.
