Helix is an AI-native corporate travel platform that travellers love, admins can control, and CFOs can trust. Instead of forcing your team into clunky legacy booking tools, Helix lets employees book flights and hotels by simply chatting in plain language: "Book me a flight to New York next Tuesday, returning Friday." AI handles search, comparison, policy checks, approvals, and confirmation in a single conversation. Behind the scenes, Helix's policy engine evaluates every booking against your company's rules and produces fair, market-grounded budgets using Lowest Logical Fare (LLF) for flights and dynamic hotel rate caps based on real median market prices. No more arguing over a fixed "£200/night" rule that might be generous in Manchester but impossible in NYC. Helix sets the right cap for each destination and date automatically. Helix is for travel managers, finance leaders, and operations teams at SMBs and mid-market companies (10–1,000 employees) wanting to control and save on their £50k–£5M annual business travel spend.
