It is quite expensive. Diamond plan should come down to enjoy full functions for a seller just beginning Amazon journey Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has accurate data and many features, but in 2022 these are not exclusive features for Helium 10, since many other Amazon software have the exact same data and capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Starter Plan does not let sorting or exporting results. How is one supposed to use a keyword research tool with thousands of results that can't be sorted?!
Under the Starter Plan these tools appear as "Limited" but they are actually unusable.
After 2 minutes of activating my Starter Plan I realized the scam and asked their customer support to cancel and refund. They refused! (I literally paid 2 minutes before my request to cancel).
I've been a Platinum customer ($99/mo) with Helium10 for years. Now because of their scammy behavior and poor customer support they lost my business forever.

There are consistent issues getting into adtomic, and with adtomic actually working and giving any feedback, which im still running into issues with. I have consistently run into adtomic and other bug-like issues that force me to log out - log in multiple times while working on one thing. Renders this powerful tool useless to saving time and money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While our tool suite can be overwhelming and daunting, we do have a lot of resources such as YouTube videos (like you mentioned), Webinars, and we do have our "Chat Now" feature, where you can ask our support team any questions you may have!

They say you can pause the subscription and then reactivate it, but in reality, it's not like that. When you reactivate it, you pay again. I'm speechless; for me, they don't deserve 1€. At this point, not a thing. I canceled my subscription to move it to a new email address. Helium 10 reactivated it without my knowledge or consent and kept charging my credit card for two months. There is no way to remove a credit card from the account. Helium refuses to refund the money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The company is greedy and unethical. Their cancellation process is a major pain. Do NOT give them your credit card - they will continue to take your money whether you need their service or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The detailed analysis is mind-blowing. In addition to the tools like BlackBox, Trendster, Cerebro, Scribbles.
Every tool that comes with the Platinum subscription is a star. The insights you can generate about the other ASINs by competition, to your own products listed on Amazon are thorough and can be put to great use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The subscription fee is steep for entry-level sellers/start-ups like us. We have only 10 ASINs and generate a small volume of business from Amazon. Spending $97 every month pinches the pocket at times.
It'd be great if they can release a version that's open to only one seller account, or maybe has a cheaper plan without features like landing pages, etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
