When I was upgrading from the starter plan to Diomand, my coupon is disappeared, and I asked support to solve it manually. In fact, they stated that they couldn't help and that it's my responsibility to make sure the coupon is entered. However there was no option to enter a coupon if you are an existing customer. I upgraded my account 1 week ago to try Adtomic, since then I haven't done anything as their system does not work properly. I opened around 10 cases with no result.
