What do you like best about Helcim?

The supports person suggested me to share my screen to help me more quickly and set up a google meet and help me step by step. All the support team were nice and patient and help us in every detail. From the beginning they were supportive and they shared all information in detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Helcim?

What do you like best about Helcim?

The ease of uploading color pictures to the Point Of Sale and work around/modification. Multi-devices software usage. Commerce page does quite more than the payment application. Still to enable and work online store (website) and will share experience here later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Helcim?

Discount option is still issue with tablet I am using. May be the brand is not supported as I use Samsung tablet. Sometimes supported printer is still not printing which I found it an issue while it is busy and customers ask for receipt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the G2 survey platform that is being used to do this survey was far more frustrating than it needed to be to give praise to a representative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Helcim solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was having log in issues as i needed the legacy portal, not the new one.

Which this even being an issue is kind of silly. I had to do a bunch of stuff only for it not to work and just use a secondary link i found in an email to get it to work. so while my issue was resolved it wasnt because of helcim but my own "click and try" method. HOWEVER I DO WANT TO PRAISE THE REP as he did everything he could think of to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have had bad experiences with Evalon, the US bank provider, during COVID and their poor response. I wish Helcim had multiple bank partners to provide more robust solutions when their existing finance company doesn't work for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Helcim:
