Heedhire is AI voice interview software for small and mid-size US employers. It starts with a conversation with the hiring manager about what the job needs. It then gives every applicant a full pre-screen interview by voice, covering their background, experience and examples of their work, with follow-up questions on their answers. The hiring team gets a write-up for each applicant with a recommendation (Recommended, Closer look or Not recommended), the reasons, claims to verify and questions to ask next.
