I'm a Senior Ecommerce Manager and every change I make needs to be able to demonstrate ROI. I can share a video of ten people having trouble with an element and sway someone in the room immediately to fix it, because that is the appropriate solution. Heatmaps If I Run the Team With Heatmap, I can show a video of ten users but struggling with the same element and immediately have buy in for a fix. The Shopify Plus integration was plug and play, and we can connect it to our Google Ads account to actually see the quality of the traffic we’re buying. **What do you dislike about Heatmap?** The scroll heatmaps might have a slight misalignment on mobile view when it comes to dynamically loaded content, but their support is super responsive and it’ a small detail that they’re aware of. **What problems is Heatmap solving and how is that benefiting you?** We A/B test everything. The backbone of the winning variant is explained by heatmap. In the example of a new product page template that won a test with a 9% conversion lift, the scroll maps specifically showed us why users were interacting with the new product video placement in much higher numbers. We've since brought that learning to the rest of the site, saving us from hours of guesswork and bad tests. ### 2. The real time SaaS analytics, along with pre-cognitive heat maps stemming from augmented reality, made it startlingly clear to see how users were using our loan landing pages, and connected what they were doing with revenue almost instantly. Ease of use is outstanding and I am able to interpret data on the fly and share insights with my team with little learning curve. Adoption was insanely easy with implementation taking an hour using an easy to use script that we installed on top of our websites. We had a question related with the setup and their support was extremely helpful. They demonstrated us with examples to achieve our project needs. We look at Heatmap every day for user engagement tracking and it does what we need very well, with a strong feature set (click tracking, scroll depth analysis, revenue attribution) without being overcomplicated. It integrated into our project and website platforms (WordPress, Crm) in a way that we simply know longer needed to enter data into a ton of places, it just flowed. **What do you dislike about Heatmap?** Despite the powerful features of Heatmap, advanced settings for reporting (meaning segmentation of hard measure data on massive databases about the user flow specific to applications servicing loans) may be enhanceable. The real-time updates can be slightly behind at times, but nothing extreme, and fixes quickly from the support team. Also some DIs would greatly increase its value, since right now we still have to export data manually for more niche analysis in certain loan servicing SW. These are relatively small limitations, though, and this platform has a lot of value to offer in general. **What problems is Heatmap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Heatmap addresses a key issue of how to figure out why users are unable to proceed on our loan servicing websites - where are they dropping off the map and hitting a wall in the application process. By surfacing actionable insights into these trends, it enables us to optimize page layouts and content, deliver better user experiences and achieve better completion rates on loan applications.
