We saw the advantage in using this product because of how we saved compared to other products we had before in terms of the compatibility issues we once faced that ended up causing us to find new devices. This product is very at the way it tracks inventory in real-time it provides precise data on was available or not and as an advantage from any location, I have all the necessary access to my account which I have found to be very convenient. In terms of security this product is point-to-point encryption (P2PE) compatible means it is capable of encrypting cardholder data and as an added advantage this brings so much more confidence to my customers in doing business with my organization. **What do you dislike about Heartland pcAmerica?** At this point, I have noted how much of an advantage it would give me and my organisation hence no dislikes at this moment. **What problems is Heartland pcAmerica solving and how is that benefiting you?** Convenience was one thing that was missing in our way of doing business before Heartland pcAmerica because a lot of calls had to be made at the workplace to get information that was needed by our customers and this was very costly but the introduction of Heartland pcAmerica provided us with much-needed convenience because from any location I can check my inventory and give my customers instant feedback or even give my supervisors any report on our real-time inventory ### 2. As an upside, this gives us much-needed flexibility to customize the product features to suit our organisational needs and size It has a web portal, credit card reader and mobile pay app that is free and compatible with all mobile devices and which I have found to be very convenient and it improves business image and payments are made very quickly from any location. The user interface for me is very simplified and very easy to use which I have found to be very handy because I did not take a long time to get used to the features. **What do you dislike about Heartland pcAmerica?** This is a very reliable product to me but one dislike I have found would be the unavailability of specific costs of their services and the value of their different plans since they vary a lot, it would be better if there is some clarity for comparison with other products. **Recommendations to others considering Heartland pcAmerica:** I would recommend users considering the product to try it out because it offers a lot of convenient features and whenever technical help is needed they should make use of the 24/7 contact support that is very helpful and friendly. **What problems is Heartland pcAmerica solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem I used to face would be on payment methods that come from different customers since other customers would prefer paying remotely while some would prefer in-person cash or digital currency hence Heartland solved this issue through its integration with a wide variety of payment methods which is very convenient. ### 3. It features a customer profile that I usually use to keep my customers' personalized preferences and as an upside, this has helped to save a lot of time whenever I am doing business with my customers. It has mobile support which I usually use to track my inventory and through its OnCloud portal I can see my sales using my mobile device from any location, this helps me to be very reliable to my customers' needs and also it allows me to be very quick in response to customer requests. **What do you dislike about Heartland pcAmerica?** Although this product has great fundamental features that I like so much its subscription plans are not my favourite because I have to purchase a new PC America license for me to get software updates whenever I decline SaaSurance which I have always found to be very inconvenient and costly. **Recommendations to others considering Heartland pcAmerica:** The software is very handy, I would recommend it to any user it only needs a healthy budget to keep up with the subscriptions and software updates. **What problems is Heartland pcAmerica solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my organisation detailed financial reports are very important for future plans hence it has been a problem to generate customized reports that provide inventory and financial trails hence Heartland with its customization capability has allowed me to easily come up with these reports and also because it integrates easily with QuickBooks financial summaries can be generated in one place without switching from one program to the other. ### 4. As an upside, I have come to rely so much on this software because I can deliver accurate reports of what is in stock and also feedback that is precise to the customers. It is compatible on mobile devices as well which helps very much with remote monitoring and management of sales and stocks, hence it is very convenient. The payroll platform has also provided easy salary management for staff. **What do you dislike about Heartland pcAmerica?** The small hitch we experienced locally is linking with the local financial institutions for easy school fees payment. The human resource aspect has simplified the management of personnel viz-a-viz teachers and ancillary staff. Leave days and off days are better managed. **What do you dislike about Heartland pcAmerica?** Heartland PCAmerica comprises many modules some of which are not compatible with a school organization such as ours. So paying for the whole suite and only using a fraction of it becomes a major challenge cost-wise. **What problems is Heartland pcAmerica solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manually managing the human capital came with lots of errors and inconsistencies. It has a very simple interface and using the functions is mostly fairly straightforward. I especially like that it is reliable and gives accurate accounting and inventory reports. Moreover, it has a built-in loyalty program and a feature that allows retailers to use mass-emailing as a tool. I also love the virtual pole display option, which is very modern and aesthetically pleasing. **What do you dislike about Heartland pcAmerica?** Although Cash Register Express is simple and intuitive, it can definitely use additional features. For those of us who desire very advanced functions (e.g. the ability to run more specific or specialized reports), CRE can be lacking. This is mostly down to its lack of adaptability. The system is not very customizable, so we are typically stuck with features that come built-in. The customization would be very helpful for shelf labels, receipts, and the virtual pole display, among many other things. **What problems is Heartland pcAmerica solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am trying to simplify the management of my inventory and accounting. I am trying to make it more precise yet more efficient. CRE has helped me greatly in doing so. It helps me track inventory very accurately, as it advanced enough to handle the complicated needs of my small business. Moreover, it helps me keep track of my invoices and makes purchasing very easy and pain-free. ### 9. Extremely easy to use making it easy for everyone in a business to handle and pick up in a moments notice. **What do you dislike about Heartland pcAmerica?** Sometime it processes a little slow but overall it seems great and does what we need it to do. **Recommendations to others considering Heartland pcAmerica:** Load time can sometimes take awhile. The system might use up a bit too much system resources for older systems. **What problems is Heartland pcAmerica solving and how is that benefiting you?** Owning a small business and wanting to have as little overhead as possible. This came in at a great price point allowing me to monitor everything I needed and have a POS at a great cost. Many other POS systems are difficult to train people on and unfortunately I have a good bit of turnover due to the area that I am in w/ college students in and out all year long.
