Too expensive to upgrade, much cheaper to switch to ipads **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2016 **What do you like best about Heartland Digital Dining?** Digital dining was easy to navigate and make changes in house. the different layers of menus were nice as well. reporting was consistent **What do you dislike about Heartland Digital Dining?** when it came to support, it was very expensive without a contract. when it came time to upgrade to be compliant with pci standards it was not financially viable to continue with the software and computers we have. it was much more feasible to go to ipad based systems **What problems is Heartland Digital Dining solving and how is that benefiting you?** At the time of purchase we needed a reliable system and that is what we had gotten. over time the equipment became obsolete. it served its purpose and if it did not cost an exponential amount of money to upgrade we would have stayed due to familiarity but the benefits did not outweigh the cost ## Heartland Digital Dining Discussions -
