"Very useful tool, but not very intuitive."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Heap by Contentsquare?

I like how granular we can get historical and accurate data to make more informed decisions. It's definitely better than GA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Heap by Contentsquare?

The tool is not very intuitive, and the UX could be a bit enhanced. Also, it would be interesting if Heap could generate dynamic CSV files, so we can connect with other data visualization tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I really enjoy working with Heap. It much easier, I find, when compared to other tools like MixPanel"
5/5
What do you like best about Heap by Contentsquare?

The best feature for me is when I can see events live as they happen, limit those to only see mine and then build dashboards from there. It takes away the guesswork and the need to keep documentation 100% up to date all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Heap by Contentsquare?

It sometimes can be a little daunting when interacting with a tool like this for the first time. By no means I am an expert but I feel that I am not able to extract the full value out of Heap. This might just be a personal issue though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Heap is a great tool that allows you to gather insights from your Product"
4/5

- The ability to define events on the fly without needing developers help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Heap by Contentsquare?

Heap is great in many different ways but one thing that I always find that could use some work and improvement is the 'Paths' reports. They're often confusing and complicated to visualize correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Every feature you need"
5/5
What do you like best about Heap by Contentsquare?

I used to look for different apps in order to keep track of quantitative and qualitative usage data analytics. Heap has proven to be the one tool that combines all my needs; I'm glad that they are constantly widening their offers and providing features that I need so I can not use heap instead of a multitude of different apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Heap by Contentsquare?

Since the features are constantly being rolled out, you could find yourself in a not-so-optimal trial version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best product analytics tool I've used by far"
5/5
What do you like best about Heap by Contentsquare?

The tool is VERY flexible and allows you to create a wide variety of queries, graphs and searches. Unlike other tools (Gainsight, churnzero, looker, google analytic products), you have full control of what you want to query and how it will be displayed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Heap by Contentsquare?

Mobile support leaves a bit to be desired (no Flutter support) and the huge flexibility and variety is a bit of a crux in the beginning - it's kinda hard to jump into it, but that is to be expected when you have so many options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
