What do you like best about HealthStream ComplyQ / SafetyQ?

As a new employee traininer, I introduce and train on HealthStream for our new employees. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Users usually have very few questions on the system and jump right in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support- the people were always friendly and tried their best, but it felt like they were still learning the system. Many times we were told the wrong thing to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not dislike it but will like to have...more topics related to basic/genering regulatory requirements for healthcare, especially for post acute centers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UP to date with the most recent regulations. Our team doesn't need to design/manage it's own content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HealthStream ComplyQ / SafetyQ?

That we have to re-assign it each time. It would be nice to be able to set it up for recurring schedules that deployed the most recent items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
