Healthstream is not user friendly. As an administrator for a business with over 200 employeess its difficult to see the employees that has outstanding assignments. i have to search each assignment or each employee. in this day and age it would be nice if this platform had a report that i could run to tell me which employees have outstanding assignments. There are times i make staffing decisons based on the employees having outstanding education this means i have to look up each employee for the shift to see thier education status.
