HealthRide is NEMT scheduling and dispatch software that does the planning for you, with an AI assistant that books rides when you ask. It's for non-emergency medical transportation companies, from one van to large fleets. Ryder Go plans your whole day in one click, around time windows, vehicle capabilities and driver availability. You look it over, then apply it. The assistant, Ryder AI, also makes changes and handles everyday tasks when you ask. It always asks for your OK before it changes anything. Dispatchers see the whole day on one board, with one lane per driver, drag-and-drop assignment and trip statuses that update as drivers move. A live map shows every vehicle, with GPS mileage on every trip. Drivers run each trip step by step in the driver app for iPhone and Android, with one-tap navigation, signatures and messages to dispatch. It keeps working without cell service. MTM, Alivi and Sentry trips show up on your board on their own, so nobody retypes them. Standing orders and will-call returns are built in. Facilities and riders can request rides in their own portals or a form on your website. Turn completed trips into invoices, with pay-online links and saved cards. Reports cover trips, revenue, on-time service, miles and driver hours. $59 per vehicle per month covers every feature. No setup fees, no per-ride fees, no contracts.
