We have a large part of our population that travels extensively. Trying to keep up with the various insurance cards is cumbersum. With HealthJoy's digital wallet all the info they need is at their fingertips. We also love the telehealth which allows for video health visits and the aide of JOY for helping our employees get answers they need all under one easy to use app. 10/10 would recommend a company use HealthJoy for their employees. **What do you dislike about HealthJoy?** I can't think of one thing. I don't dislike anything aout HealthJoy. **What problems is HealthJoy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Understanding benefits and easier utilization of benefits. ### 2. The project manager and dashboard made setup a breeze. I really appreciated all the sample communication they provided to help roll out the app. **What do you dislike about HealthJoy?** Not Applicable - I haven't found anything I dislike yet. **What problems is HealthJoy solving and how is that benefiting you?** It replaced our previous telehealth vendor. The service is free to our employees along with mental health counseling. We just rolled it out on February 1st and have already saved just a little over $14k. ### 6. We are a texting environment - so email pushes fall on deaf ears. **What problems is HealthJoy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Word from our workforce is that the claim review is HUGE, as well as the concierge service of having HJ set up appointments. ### 7. Personally, HealthJoy has saved me over $4,000 reviewing the billing statements for my special needs son's medical diagnostics. They caught a coding error that I would have never caught and I am so grateful to have saved that extra money. I will forever sing the praises of HealthJoy and continue to tell my story to every new hire we onboard as I feel that strongly about their product. **What do you dislike about HealthJoy?** Can't really think of anything that I dislike - they are always innovating and bringing on new things! **What problems is HealthJoy solving and how is that benefiting you?** When employees don't want to get on the phone and talk to a live person, we love chatting with Joy and it seems to be quicker in getting issues resolved! ### 8. The platform integrates with employers' healthcare benefits, and through their app, employees can figure out pretty easily how to capitalize on the benefits being offered to them, while making smart financial decisions. **What do you dislike about HealthJoy?** Because a lot of the recommendations from HealthJoy are data-driven, there is the potential to lose the human aspect and some nuances. But overall, i still really like the platform. **What problems is HealthJoy solving and how is that benefiting you?** More than anything else, by empowering employees to make the best decisions for themselves, and by providing them the tool that empowers them, we have a better relationship with employees and we have employees who are taking control of their health.
