Healthie is convenient because it has payment integrations, forms, messaging features, runs insurance, and scheduling abilities, and it is HIPPA compliant. Patients cannot schedule appointments far in advance, there is a cap in how far they can schedule out, the customer service is subpar. My account manager was very unhelpful. I love that you can do everything you basically need as a dietitian. You can run courses, you can do private practice, it's HIPAA compliant, you can do your charting in there, send forms for clients to sign off on, send and receive faxes, it has an APP that clients can log their meals in.
