Not only is there no negotiation on terms, but they also enforce them very strictly. There is no option to end a subscription early. Miss the notification window to end your subscription and you are auto renewed, no exception even if you are actively trying to negotiate other terms when that window occurs. Incident reporting program is clunky. Very segmented and labels are not always clear. **Recommendations to others considering Healthicity Compliance Manager:** Understand all terms and assume there will be no flexibility in any of the terms regardless of the situation you (as the client/customer) face. **What problems is Healthicity Compliance Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** The monthly exclusion check is a nice feature to ensure no employee or provider is ineligible to work. We just used the education section to create course paths and distributed to new staff members and just last week did an all organization assignment to a compliance path. The path contained 5 learning modules, and we have not been able to figure out how to get one report that encompasses the whole path. As Administrator, I actually preferred the old way, which made it easier for me to actually "drop in" to any of our "locations" and work in that location. Don't like the new default view that shows the entire organization and requires you to "filter" down to the location. Even after "filtering" on the location, the fuctionality just isn't the same. I do not like that the incidents bashboard lists only the due date and not the incident date. Also, the incidents does not have a field to enter the date the incident happened as the date entered and the date in which the incident happened are typically not the same date. We track incidents by the number of days in open status but it's difficult to establish that through the dashboard, you have to export the data to excel and calculate by the date the incident was created.
