The Account Management team says they want to work with you on creating a deal that works for both Healthicity and the client when renewing your subscription but ultimately, there's no flexibility to their terms. Not only is there no negotiation on terms, but they also enforce them very strictly. There is no option to end a subscription early. Miss the notification window to end your subscription and you are auto renewed, no exception even if you are actively trying to negotiate other terms when that window occurs.
