The insertion of policies and procedures was fairly simply, and the attestation function is helpful. We just used the education section to create course paths and distributed to new staff members and just last week did an all organization assignment to a compliance path. We are having difficulty running a report to show results for all staff that completed a course path. The path contained 5 learning modules, and we have not been able to figure out how to get one report that encompasses the whole path. We ended up creating an Excel spreadsheet then put different information into you so we would have one document to show individual status of each module for each person. Most of the similar products on the market check all of the boxes - some have marginally better templates, or reporting, or other qualitative differences - but the intuitiveness and ease of use of Compliance Manager is what sealed the deal for us. Recent changes to employee management actually did not work so well for our particular application . . . As Administrator, I actually preferred the old way, which made it easier for me to actually "drop in" to any of our "locations" and work in that location. Don't like the new default view that shows the entire organization and requires you to "filter" down to the location. Even after "filtering" on the location, the fuctionality just isn't the same.
