# Health Note Reviews & Product Details

Health Note is a next-generation, clinically intelligent patient intake platform that automates workflow while improving the quality of patient care and overall efficiency in clinics. The platform is unique in its physician note automation and deep workflow and documentation integration into Epic, Cerner, Allscripts and other EHRs, all while having a simple-to-use interface for patients. Health Note creates structured clinical data, documents, and progress notes by collecting, reconciling, and automatically syncing information such as demographics, symptoms, and consent signatures. Patients who don’t fill in their Health Note before their visit can use iPads at the clinic. Health Note helps providers and staff to: • Save time and see more patients by eliminating manual data entry • Decrease no-shows (95% correlation between patients filling out Health Note and arriving) • Decrease provider burnout and optimize time spent with patients • Increase patient engagement (83% completion rate prior to visit)
