Having an app available huge plus lots of individuals use technology. I like all of the different features available. Informative videos to helpful tools to questionnaires that open your mindset to being at your best to benefit yourself and others around you. When you share what you've learned with others they'll pass it on and so on. Mental Well being is a huge factor in our lives and can be easily looked over. Having access to the right information is key. Sharing and letting people know there's other ways to get information with the click of a button makes it stress free and confindentail all in one.
