In getting started with Headversity, I found the reminders most helpful in completing my daily goals. There are a lot of resources and a lot of information on the site to help achieve your goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Headversity?

The downside may be that the information is too vast and inaccessible to some. Not all routes may be explored. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A handy tool for those times when you are overwhelmed at work"
4/5
What do you like best about Headversity?

The initial assessment provides you with a path to increase your resilience knowledge. I did all the assignments in the app based on the assessment results. I found the sessions were short, which helped me remember to use concepts I already knew or taught me new ones to reflect on. Once I completed my path, my interactions with the app were less. However, I use the app in emergencies when I am overwhelmed at work to gain perspective or participate in live sessions. In the live session, there is also an opportunity to get gifts, so I like that incentive also! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Headversity?

Once I completed my assignments, I was not as motivated to continue learning. I wish they have more pre-programmed paths so it is easy to follow along and continue using the app on regular bases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Headversity?

I like how it is specifically designed to be a psychoeducational tool for the workplace. The idea of focusing on preventative mental health in this context is really exciting to me. I find the content to be quite engaging, and the length of the digest emails are short and sweet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Headversity?

Can sometimes be a bit general, although I understand that that comes with the territory of having a wide target audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very Helpful"
5/5
What do you like best about Headversity?

I love how personalized Headversity is. All of the suggested tools are very helpful. I also like the assortment of tools; there is help for every aspect of my mental health that I require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Headversity?

I find the app slightly confusing to navigate at times. It is mostly my problem, and the more I use the app, the more it makes sense. I also think there could be more information pieces to read or more videos, but they are not absolutely required, as there are sufficient resources to read. I have just read most of them already.
