What I liked most about HDUK was its ability to streamline day-to-day workflows and improve visibility across processes. From an IT consulting perspective, the platform felt reliable and fairly intuitive for business users, which helped reduce onboarding friction during implementation and adoption phases. One aspect that could be improved in HDUK is the user interface, which at times feels slightly dated compared to newer platforms in the market. As an IT consultant, one of the key challenges HDUK helped me address was secure document management and collaboration across distributed teams and stakeholders.
