1- create a list of physicians' favorite medications with the often used dose, route, and frequency.
2- Reports can be customized easily
3- custom & Bilton clinical alerts

**What do you dislike about HCS ePharmacy?**

1- Not easy to use.
2- It required first-time extra time for configuration.
3- Lengthy processing workflow.

**What problems is HCS ePharmacy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1- System-based Alerts are beneficial.
2- Proper trail of every record with detailed data
3- No order will be missed out whether it is small or large
4- Can be run multiple orders
