It is having complete set of tools to use digitise the journey of a customer in a most lucid way... Be it realtime or content based it has all the functionality . Lot of modules like interact, campaign, detect,model etc. I believe it brings lot of customisation to the customer but increases lot of complexity as well.i believe new add on features like journey builder now reduces the complexity but most importantly unica DB size should be increased to default desired level at least 100 gb.So that failures of the delivery causing non proxy error should be eliminated.Alsi, in built functionality of archiving the old data should be made available to basic user. I have used HCL Unica for almost 8 years, and my overall experience is really great. Unica is very easy to use and user-friendly marketing automation platform through which I have automated all my marketing campaigns for Email, SMS, Direct mail and push notification.
