" 2/5 What do you like best about HCL Unica? The application is database agnostic and will work with a number of data sets. It makes segmentation easy and mining large data sets is a breeze. What do you dislike about HCL Unica? The user experience is AWFUL! There are regular occurrences where the system will hang or lock up entirely. Menus are inconsistent from screen to screen.
