I've been using Unica for a couple of weeks now. I am happy with its features like precision targeting and unlimited messaging. it's easy to use and implement within small, medium, and large teams. I haven't got a chance to reach customer service but I believe they offer good support. As of now, we have integrated the unica with Salesforce and it works very well. I am a digital marketing guy and leading a team of 10 people who are experts in different marketing domains such as demand generation, SEO, content writing, paid ads and inbound and outbound lead generation. Therefore, HCL Unica is making it extremely easy for me to manage the activities of the marketing team. Even for SMS, WhatsApp and Email marketing, this tool works the best.
