Hcl care about his employees, companies do fire on short notice .

**What do you dislike about HCL?**

There is low percentage of increment, also no diwali bonus or gifts are provided .
Also from 2025 , catalyst party are also cancelled .

**Recommendations to others considering HCL:**

Fresher can apply for good start and also employees who to get their job secure they can also join this company.

**What problems is HCL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Likely the most IT companies , this is also the good MNC where the fresher can start his/her journey.
