It is very easy to implement and integrate with other solutions along with video calling. HCL provides best customer support and we have been using it on a daily basis. It is best for calling internally to peers. **What do you dislike about HCL Sametime?** HCL sametime is very good for calling and texting the peers. But I feel that the calling connectivity is kind of not upto the mark and it can still be improved.
