Where to start? User interface would have been out of date in 1995. Absolutely incomprehensible error messages. Terrible archiving. Awful search. Hopeless at handling attachments. Meeting invite system very poor and doesn't integrate well with other programmes. Nightmare to add people to your address book. IBM Verse (the phone app) is not good at all.
