I guess ideally I would like to know the history and time of when the consuming was browsing/purchasing. This would allow me to understand when buying habits were more frequent. **What problems is HCL Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being in the e-commerce business, IBM commerce has been a functional tool where I can track and identify consumer purchases.
