The customer support I've received from Haystack to be exceptional, and this has been one of the most notable differences between this platform and others that I have tried.

The simplicity of the platform does mean there are not many options when it comes to filtering and sorting applicants. This isn't a significant issue as we do a lot of this ourselves.
