- Great customer service. Our account manager was always on hand to answer any questions and even sent us regular updates about candidates of interest.

- Good candidate base, UI is great

- Few platform upgrades need to be made regarding the transfer of CVs to the ATS and the messaging system. However, this is on haystacks tech roadmap.

Haystack is a very simple but effective platform. It captures candidates who have taken an interest in us from our company profile who may not have been found from other job boards!

We have just made our first placement from Haystack & look forward to many more in the future :)

I wouldn't necessarily call it a 'dislike' however it would be great to be able to make notes on candidate profiles if you have contacted them. It isn't a major issue for us however may cause problems in larger teams! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been very impressed with Haystack. When I registered I delayed logging in cos I didn't have time to create a profile, find images and assests etc as well as write a job advert. I work in Saas myself, so I know what a pain getting people to onboard can be.

When I logged in everything was already there: my company logo and description, the job advert. I made the advert live.

Since then, they have been in regular contact, checking if anything has changed, assisting with advice. I just got off a call with them discussing who we are recruiting and how many etc. Changes that need to be made to our profile which is what inspired me to write this review Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The process of onboarding as a company and posting roles is simple, easy to follow and supported by an aesthetically pleasing portal/app. The price is also very good value for money, with the model of having an open space for a full year meaning more than one role can be advertised and at an increasing good value. I love that this product has been a market disruptor. In the highly competitive field of tech recruitment, it provides an alternative avenue to find candidates. It's difficult to capture this data, but we've made some fantastic hires recently that have not applied through the app, but have been Haystack users. It would also be helpful to redirect candidates to our ATS, so all applicants are in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
