"Haystack made the switch exciting"
5/5
What do you like best about Haystack?

I like how user friendly it is to use AND create. There are different options to make the page visually appealing, user-friendly, and for people to immediately access the information they're looking for. One of my favorite things is the opportunity to embed PDFs and videos, and/or link them to download. I like having the option, but frequently find embedding or doing both is best for user experience. I also love the carousel option for featured posts, and that all settings for posting and who sees it is right there at the final stage of posting, not in some back page of settings outside of posting. What do you dislike about Haystack?

The only thing I can think of is if it didn't require a keyword to be submitted on posts/articles in order for that post/article to pull up under a search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Haystack?

Some of the best ongoing customer support. I appreciate the teams' willingness to receive feedback and continually improve the platform so we can roll out new features and keep our company updates fresh! They have really taken the time to dial in all the little details, which is awesome so we don't have to. As part of our marketing team, the way our intranet app was built allows us to be creative and still informative. So much better than a mass-email distro list! The platform is easy to use from a user perspective and as an administrator. Implementing across the company was seamless. We use this every single day to stay up to date on events and notifications across the organization. We're able to easily integrate content from our socials, blog posts, etc. to keep the organization in the loop and in the know in a few simple steps. Can't recommend Haystack enough! What do you dislike about Haystack?

No complaints here! My experience has been great and any time there's been something that needs to be updated or fixed, as long as we communicate it, they are on top of getting it resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Everything in One Place"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Haystack?

The best thing about Haystack is the ability to create a single hub where employees can find and access all the resources they use day to day in our business. I also like the idea of not needing to keep up with yet another password and using magic link instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Haystack?

The document viewing section can be a bit cludgy at times but this may also be the nature of the docs we share there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Information all in one place!"
5/5
What do you like best about Haystack?

My company LOVES to have documents for everything, and to be honest the information overload is a bit of a struggle. Haystack has been a game-changer. It's like having my own internal Wikipedia, but specifically for everything related to our company and products.

Instead of digging through endless folders and outdated documents, Haystack makes it so I have everything in one easily accessible place. It spans teams. So, as a writer, I can find our writing stylebook, or photo guidelines. But I also have corporate information — company holidays, office addresses, etc. Rather than a million bookmarks, I basically just have this one: my company's Haystack! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Haystack?

The only downside has been transferring information to Haystack, and getting employees to actually add to it. We still are fractured and some employees demand to put information elsewhere, like Atlassian or Google Docs. It's really only best if I know the information is in one place.
