Haystack makes it easier to interact with fellow employees of the company. Through this network we are updated as well as we have a place to interact and join and contests within the company with ease. For instance, we used to have monthly contests of submitting photos related to a holiday. Previously we have to submit an email now, we can upload the photos as comments on the posts and actually see who got the most interactions making our contests transparent. We also have easy access to links that our relevant to our accounts. The AI features are also amazing as it makes creation of content easy and not an additional burden. This can also be used as frequent as possible even every minute to keep us updated of any announcement without the additional hassle of opening emails.
