This makes it very easy for me to coordinate things, like figuring out health care information or applying for leave. I like that Haystack keeps me connected to my job at Our Lady of the Valley. I appreciate that I can quickly access company policies related to CSM senior living management. I like how the platform shows all the different employee members and lets you do shout-outs, share information with fellow employees, and see anniversary and birth dates, which is really nice. You can even create a profile picture. The application constantly keeps me communicating and involved with my coworkers, which is a big advantage given it's tied to my second job.
