We needed a company Intranet to help ensure employees had a one-stop shop for information. Since launching nearly 9 months ago, we have continued to see amazing usage and continued collaboration across our company. It has been a great way for people to see, search and post information. My favorite part is the ease of posting. I didn't want a cumbersome tool that would not get used. Haystack is the opposite - Everything is easy and user-friendly! I think there could be more metrics on the backend for tracking engagement and usage. Drilling down to what is important can help my team know where we need to spend more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Haystack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to Haystack, we had emails, Teams Messages, Team Meetings, paper flyers and still people would tell us "I never heard that" or "Where can I find...?" It was a waste of HR's time to continue to re-forward and resend information. Haystack helps our employees help themselves by being an easy to tool to search for what they need. Payroll schedule?
