What do you like best about HawkSoft?

Hawksoft is easy to use. Their support documentation is easy to search & find relevant results. Not only can I find help, but there are clear instructions. If I can't find help in the documentation, I have always been able to obtain support by calling the 800 # or chatting with a rep online. Client tags and logs are especially helpful in servicing policies and tracking issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HawkSoft?

What do you like best about HawkSoft?

I love the intelligence reports and ease of use to identify KPI's and ability to with a click create detailed reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HawkSoft?

I haven't found one yet; been using HS for 11yrs , and when something isn't quite right they have an easy method of submitting needed changes and they are quick to correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HawkSoft?

Hawksoft is very user-friendly. I've used previous management systems for the past 15 years. Hawksoft is the only one I've been able to pull the exact reports I need with the information I want. From reporting, accounting and downloading the system is easy to navigate. The support our new agency received for training, implementation and ongoing check ins is top-notch. Someone is always available to help answer questions, whether it is your dedicated representative or the tech support line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I love HawSoft, best management system ever."

What do you like best about HawkSoft?

I worked on other management systems, and this is the easiest to use. It isn't designed by IT people but by insurance people who know what is needed to be productive from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When my system gets stuck and I need to get out of the parallels. Also when it keeps asking you to sign in again when one is already open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have found Hawksoft to be very intuitive and easy to use. Above all, we like their customer support that is always able to help us promptly resolve any issue we have.
