My favorite aspect of Hawk search is the way it generates results based on categories, popular products, matching descriptions, and it even shows images. Hawk does a good job of combining the "art" and "science" of search into its results. People don't always know exactly what they should be searching for, and Hawk search simplifies the process with suggested results. My only dislike is that some advanced functionality isn't completely baked yet. Don't get me wrong, 80% of users probably wouldn't even notice, but as a power user of on-site search, it's not 100%...yet. The developers are constantly working on sophisticating the functionality, and they are open to input from clients. I never get a "no" when I ask for additional features.
