What do you like best about Hawksearch?

The faceted searches and easy to use dashboard make it simple to tailor search results to our specific customer base. It has allowed us to shift some of the search customization to our marketing team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hawksearch?

The ability to sort is very simple. We need to create more complex sorting algorithms (i.e. boost x and y equally then sort alphabetically) and there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hawksearch?

Indexing takes too long and doesn't happen often enough. The preview page needs work... The keyword search in it doesn't work and when you refresh the page it takes you back to the beginning of the preview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
