Haulbase gives independent equipment rental and bulk supply yards their own booking page, and runs the yard behind it. Customers see real prices and what's free, pick their dates, get delivery priced from their address by road distance and by the truckload, sign the rental agreement on their phone, and pay by card or in person. A damage deposit is held on their card, not charged, and released when the machine comes back clean. Every rental waits for the yard's yes. Behind the page, the yard runs bookings, the schedule, deliveries and trucks, the front counter, check-in with hour meters, invoices, quotes, damage claims and a maintenance log from one dashboard. A rental agreement for every province but Quebec and Canadian sales tax are built in, and customers get a receipt for every payment, ready for tax time. Free for 30 days with everything switched on, and no card. Then Solo is $47 a month, and Haulbase takes no cut of what a yard books on any plan. Growth, at $147 a month, adds texting, a text back to every missed call and Hank, a chat assistant on the yard's page. Unlimited, at $497 a month, adds more yards, a QuickBooks and Xero export, webhooks and an API. Built in Nova Scotia. We set your page up with you, from your own website and photos.
